I find that sellers in general are fast to respond to questions and it's nice to learn the history of something, for example a designer bag or a piece of jewelry, when talking to the seller. It definitely boosts my confidence in making a purchase. It's a great plus also that most things are returnable for any reason - which is not the case on most sites.
